Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients
  • Cooked Basmati Rice - 3 cup
  • Chicken - 1 cup boneless chopped small pieces
  • Eggs - 5
  • Onion - 1 finely chopped
  • Vegetables ( Carrot, Beans, Peas, Corn, Cabbage) - 1/2 cup
  • Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
  • Soya Sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Green Chili Sauce - 1 tsp

  • Cilantro - for garnish
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - 2 tsp
  • Oil - 3 tbsp
Method
  • In wok add oil, once oil heats up add 2 tsp red chili paste, salt, pepper, chicken and saute until it's done and keep it aside.
  • In the same wok add little oil, salt, pepper, cracked eggs and cook until it becomes scrambled egg and keep it aside.
  • In the same wok add oil, once oil heats up add onion and saute until it is translucent.
  • Now Ginger garlic paste and saute until you get nice aroma from the paste.
  • Now the veggies and saute until it 1/4 cooked, now add red chili paste, green chili sauce, soya sauce, vinegar, salt, pepper and saute well.
  • Now add the add cabbage and mix it well. If you add it with all the other veggies it'll become soggy.
  • Now add the cooked rice, cooked egg, Chicken and mix it well.
  • Garnish with some cilantro and serve hot with Ketchup.
