Red Chili Paste

Ingredients
- Dry Red Chili - 1 cup
- Ginger and Garlic - 1/4 cup
- Vinegar - until immerse
- Oil - 1/4 cup
- Add red chili, ginger, garlic into glass bottle and add vinegar until immerse.
- Leave it overnight.
- Next day add everything to blender and grind it fine paste.
- In a kadai add oil, once oil heats up add the grind paste and cook until oil separates.
- Once cools down add to glass bottle and store it in the fridge for upto 3 months.
- Use this paste for all Chinese dishes. It'll give unique flavor for your dish.
