Red Chili Paste

Ingredients
  • Dry Red Chili - 1 cup
  • Ginger and Garlic - 1/4 cup
  • Vinegar - until immerse
  • Oil - 1/4 cup
Method
  • Add red chili, ginger, garlic into glass bottle and add vinegar until immerse.
  • Leave it overnight.
  • Next day add everything to blender and grind it fine paste.
  • In a kadai add oil, once oil heats up add the grind paste and cook until oil separates.
  • Once cools down add to glass bottle and store it in the fridge for upto 3 months.
  • Use this paste for all Chinese dishes. It'll give unique flavor for your dish.
