Vegetable Fried Rice

Ingredients
  • Cooked Basmati Rice - 3 cup
  • Onion - 1 finely chopped
  • Vegetables ( Carrot, Beans, Peas, Corn) - 1 cup
  • Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
  • Soya Sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Green Chili Sauce - 1 tsp

  • Vinegar - 1/4 tsp
  • Spring Onion - 1/4 cup + for garnish
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - 2 tsp
  • Oil - 3 tbsp
Method
  • In a pan add oil, once oil heats up add onion and saute until it is translucent.
  • Now Ginger garlic paste and saute until you get nice aroma from the paste.
  • Now the veggies and saute until it 1/4 cooked, now add red chili paste, green chili sauce, soya sauce, vinegar, salt, pepper and saute well.
  • Now add the cooked rice, spring onion and mix it well.
  • Garnish with some spring and serve hot with Ketchup.
