Egg Fried Rice

Ingredients
- Cooked Basmati Rice - 3 cup
- Eggs - 5
- Onion - 1 finely chopped
- Vegetables ( Carrot, Beans, Peas, Corn) - 1/2 cup
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
- Soya Sauce - 2 tbsp
- Green Chili Sauce - 1 tsp

- Vinegar - 1/4 tsp
- Spring Onion - 1/4 cup + for garnish
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper - 2 tsp
- Oil - 3 tbsp
- In a pan add oil, once oil heats up add onion and saute until it is translucent.
- Now Ginger garlic paste and saute until you get nice aroma from the paste.
- Now the veggies and saute until it 1/4 cooked, now add red chili paste, green chili sauce, soya sauce, vinegar, salt, pepper and saute well.
- In a separate pan add oil, salt, pepper, cracked eggs and cook until it becomes scrambled egg.
- Now add the cooked rice, cooked egg, spring onion and mix it well.
- Garnish with some spring and serve hot with Ketchup.
