Military Mutton Coconut Milk Curry

Ingredients
- Mutton - 1 kg
- Onion - 1 finely chopped
- Ginger - 3 tbsp finely chopped
- Garlic - 20 cloves finely chopped
- Green Chili - 7 Split
- Cilantro - 1 bunch finely chopped
- Turmeric - 1 1/2 tsp
- Coconut Milk - 1 tin
- Salt to taste
- In a cooker add everything expect coconut milk. ( If you'r preparing fresh coconut milk add 2nd and 3rd milk and close the lid and cook for 5 to 6 whistle) or else add 2 glass of water and cook for 5 to 6 whistle.
- Once pressure is down open the lid and check for water level, if you have more water let it boil for 10 mins to reduce the water or else add coconut milk and when it come to one boil switch off the flame.
- Don't over boil it then coconut milk will ooze out oil then curry won't be good.
- Serve hot with rice or white bread.

Note
- Instead of Mutton you can mushroom too, same method.
