Egg Thokku

Ingredients
- Boiled Egg - 6 Slightly slit in the middle
- Onion - 1 finely chopped
- Tomato -2 finely chopped
- Ginger Garlic paste - 2 tsp
- Chili powder- 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 2 tsp
- Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
- Fennel - 1/2 tsp
- Cinnamon - 2 small stick
- Clove - 3
- Curry Leaf - 1 string
- Cilantro - few for garnish
- salt to taste
- Oil - 4 tbsp
Method
- In a sauce pan boil the egg for 10 min, and keep it aside.
- In a kadai add oil, once oil heats up add Fennel, clove, cinnamon and saute until splatter.
- Now add onion, curry leaf and saute until translucent, now add tomato, chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric,salt and saute well.
- Now ad ginger garlic paste and saute until tomato smashes and oil oozes out.
- Now add boiled egg cover and cook for 10 min( don't mix it too much or else you'll break the egg) now sprinkle some cilantro.
- Serve hot with rice or chapati or Dosa.
