Poha Rava Uttapam

Ingredients 
  • Thick Poha - 1/2 cup
  • Rava - 1/2 cup
  • Curd ( yogurt) - 1/2 cup
  • Water - 1/2 cup
  • Onion - 1/4 cup finely chopped
  • Carrot - 1/4 cup finely chopped
  • Bell Pepper (Capsicum) red - 1/4 cup finely chopped
  • Bell Pepper green - 1/4 cup finely chopped
  • Coriander and Curry leaves - 1/4 cup
  • Green Chilies - 1 finely chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Oil - for roasting
Method

  • In a bowl soak the poha for 10 min, and add to the mixy to grind it fine paste.
  • Now add the rava , curd, salt, and water to the paste and mix it well. Let it rest for 20 min.
  • Now add all the veggies and mix it well.
  • Heat the tawa, take a ladle and pour the batter like uttapam and pour some oil.
  • Let it cook for 2 min or until it is done on one side, once it is done flip it and cook for another 2 to 3 min. Garnish it wit some coriander leaf.
  • Serve hot with coconut Chutney.

If you don't have Dosa Batter, it is life saving recipe and easy to make.
