Ingredients
- Thick Poha - 1/2 cup
- Rava - 1/2 cup
- Curd ( yogurt) - 1/2 cup
- Water - 1/2 cup
- Onion - 1/4 cup finely chopped
- Carrot - 1/4 cup finely chopped
- Bell Pepper (Capsicum) red - 1/4 cup finely chopped
- Bell Pepper green - 1/4 cup finely chopped
- Coriander and Curry leaves - 1/4 cup
- Green Chilies - 1 finely chopped
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - for roasting
Method
- In a bowl soak the poha for 10 min, and add to the mixy to grind it fine paste.
- Now add the rava , curd, salt, and water to the paste and mix it well. Let it rest for 20 min.
- Now add all the veggies and mix it well.
- Heat the tawa, take a ladle and pour the batter like uttapam and pour some oil.
- Let it cook for 2 min or until it is done on one side, once it is done flip it and cook for another 2 to 3 min. Garnish it wit some coriander leaf.
- Serve hot with coconut Chutney.
