Lemon Rice

Ingredients
- Lemon Juice - from 2 lemon
- Cooked rice - 2 cup
- Mustard - 1 tsp
- Split Urad dal - 2 tsp
- Channa Dal - 2 tsp
- Cashew - 1/4 cup
- Green Chilies - 4 Split
- Curry Leaves - 2 string
- Gingelly Oil - 3 tbsp
- Salt - to taste
- Cilantro - for garnish
- In a pan add oil, once oil heats up add mustard and starts to splatter add urad dal, channa dal, cashew, curry leaves, green chilies and saute well.
- Once dal and cashew turns into golden brown, add turmeric, lemon juice and salt. Switch off the flame.
- Add the cooked rice, little oil and mix it well.Garnish it cilantro.

Gingelly oil gives more flavor to variety rice.
