Lemon Rice

Ingredients 
  • Lemon Juice - from 2 lemon
  • Cooked rice - 2 cup
  • Mustard - 1 tsp
  • Split Urad dal - 2 tsp
  • Channa Dal - 2 tsp
  • Cashew - 1/4 cup
  • Green Chilies - 4 Split
  • Curry Leaves - 2 string
  • Gingelly Oil - 3 tbsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Cilantro - for garnish
Method
  • In a pan add oil, once oil heats up add mustard and starts to splatter add urad dal, channa dal, cashew, curry leaves, green chilies and saute well.
  • Once dal and cashew turns into golden brown, add turmeric, lemon juice and salt. Switch off the flame.
  • Add the cooked rice, little oil and mix it well.Garnish it  cilantro.

      Gingelly oil gives more flavor to variety rice.
