Kappa Kerala Style

Ingredients
- Cooked Tapioca - 2 cup cubed
- Onion - 1 finely chopped
- Shredded Coconut - 1/2 cup
- Green chili - 2 finely chopped
- Coconut oil - 4 tbsp
- Mustard - 1 tsp
- Cumin - 1 tsp
- Urad dal - 2 tsp
- Chana dal - 2 tsp
- Curry Leaf - 2 string
- Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Method
- In a kadai add oil, once oil heats up add cumin, mustard and wait until it starts to splatter.
- Now add the urad dal, chana dal, curry leaf and saute until golden brown.
- Now add onion and saute until translucent, now add green chili, turmeric,salt and saute well.
- Now add cooked tapioca and mix it well, switch off the flame and add the shredded coconut and mix it well.
- Kerala Style Kappa is ready.

Note
Coconut oil gives more flavor to the dish.
