Idli Biryani

Ingredients:
- Idli - 8 (shred)
- Medium size onion - 1 finely chopped
- Tomato - 2 finely chopped
- Green chili - 2 split open
- Dry Mint - 1 tsp
- Coriander - 2 tbsp + for garnish
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Biryani masala - 1 tsp ( Recipe is in Tamil Nadu Style Chicken Dum Biryani)
- Red chili powder - 1/4 tsp
- Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - 3 tbsp
- Ghee - 2 tbsp
Method:
- In a kadai add oil, when oil heats up add Biryani Masala and fry.
- Then add onion, fry until translucent.
- Then add ginger garlic paste, green chilies and fry until you get aroma from the paste.
- Add tomatoes, chili powder, Coriander powder, turmeric and salt, fry until oil oozes out.
- Add coriander, mint leaf and saute well.
- Then add the shredded Idli, Ghee and mix it well.
- And garnish with coriander, and serve hot.
