Egg-less Pancake

Ingredients
  • All-Purpose flour - 1 cup
  • Ripe Banana - 1
  • Sugar - 2 tbsp
  • Milk - 3/4 cup
  • Baking Powder - 1 1/4 tsp
  • Cinnamon Powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp
  • M&M - 1/4 cup(for kids)
  • Salt - 1/8 tsp
  • Butter - 1 tbsp + for roasting
  • Maple Syrup for serving
Method
  • In a bowl add ripe banana and smash it with fork till it's smooth, now add sugar, milk, vanilla extract and mix it well.
  • Add flour, baking powder, salt in the strainer and sift it until there is no any lumps.
  • Now add cinnamon powder and mix it well without any lumps.
  • Melt 1 tbsp butter add to the batter and mix it well.
  • Heat tawa and add some butter, once butter is melted pour 1/4th of a cup batter and cook 1 min on one side or cook until it is golden brown.
  • Now flip it over and cook for another 2 min or until golden brown.
  • Serve hot with some Maple syrup.
  • For kids: again add some butter pour 1 tbsp batter add some M&M and cook for 30 sec on side or until golden brown.
  • Now flip it over and cook for another 30 sec.
  • Serve hot with some fruits.
