Beetroot wheat dosa

Ingredients
•Wheat flour - 1 cup
•Urad dal flour - 1/4 cup
•Beetroot ‐ 1/4 cup shredded
•Onion - 1 medium chopped
•Green chilli - 3 finely chopped (or) red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
•Salt - to taste
•oil - as required
Method
•In pan add oil once oil heats up saute onion,beetroot, green chillies.
• In bowl add wheat flour,urad dal flour,salt,and sauted beetroot and mix it well.
•Add required amount of water like dosa batter.
•Once tawa is heats up pour the batter and spread like dosa add little oil.
•3minutes on one side done,flip it and cook for another 3 minutes on medium flame.
•Wheat beetroot dosa is ready have it with chutney.
Note
Dry roast the whole urad dal and grind it fine powder. We can store this for months and even we can make Ulundhu Kanji it's very good for everyone mainly kids.
