Panner Butter Masala

Ingredients:
- Panner - 250 gm (Cubes)
- Tomatoes - 2 roughly chopped
- Onion - 1 roughly chopped
- Ginger Garlic - 2 tsp
- Cashew and Almoind - each 4
- Kashmiri Chilly Powder - 2tsp
- Coriander Powder - 2 tsp
- Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
- Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
- Butter - 1 1/2 tbsp
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Fresh Cream - 1 tbsp
- Kasthuri Methi - 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Sugar - 1/2 tsp
- In a pan add oil, once oil heats up add onion and saute until translucent.
- Now add cashew, almond and saute well, now add ginger garlic paste, tomato and saute for 10 min.
- Now add Kashmiri chili( which gives less spice and gives more red color to the dish), coriander powder, turmeric and saute for 5 min.
- Switch off the flame and let it cool completely, add to the mixy and make it fine paste.
- In the same pan add butter, once butter melts add the paste, garam masala,, salt, Sugar and let it cover and cook for 20 min.
- Now add the paneer and cook for just 2 min on low flame.
- Switch off the flame and add kasthuri methi, fresh cream and mix it well.
- Serve hot with any type of bread or rice.

- Switch off the flame and add kasthuri methi, fresh cream and mix it well.

- Serve hot with any type of bread or rice.
- After adding panner dont cook more than 2min,if you cook more than 2min panner will become hard.
