Ingredients:
- Mushroom-500gm(chopped)
- Big Onion-1 finely chopped
- Medium Tomatoes-2 finely chopped
- Ginger and garlic-each 2tbsp finely chopped
- Green Chilies-4 slit
- Red Chilly Powder-1tsp
- Coriander Powder-2tsp
- Turmeric-1/4tsp
- Garam Masala-1tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil-5tbsp
- In a pan add oil, once oil heats up add chopped onion and saute well until translucent.
- Now add the chopped ginger and garlic and green chilies , saute until raw smell goes off.
- Now add the chopped tomatoes,chilly powder,turmeric,coriander powder,garam masala, salt and saute well until raw smell of the spice and oil separates.
- Add the chopped mushroom,1cup water and cover cook for 20 to 25min until oil separates from gravy.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro.Serve hot with Dosa.
