Shrimp Egg Pepper Fry

Preparation Time - 30 min
Ingredients:
- Prawns - 2 cups(shell and tail divined)
- Egg - 1½
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper - 3 tbsp
- Chili Powder - 1 tsp
- Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
- Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
- Green chili - 2
- Cilantro - few
- Oil - 2 tsp
- In a mix bowl add prawns , soy sauce and ginger garlic paste and mix it well. Marinate for 15 min.
- In kadai add oil, when oil heats up add prawns and chili powder fry it for 5 min.
- Then in a small saute pan break egg and saute it well like poriyal.
- Then add egg to prawns mixture, and mix it well.
- Now add salt and pepper fry it for about 2 min.
- Garnish with cilantro and green chili.
- Serve hot with roti, rice and etc.
