Shrimp Egg Pepper Fry

Ingredients:
  1. Prawns - 2 cups(shell and tail divined)
  2. Egg - 1½
  3. Salt - to taste
  4. Pepper - 3 tbsp
  5. Chili Powder - 1 tsp
  6. Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
  7. Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  8. Green chili - 2
  9. Cilantro - few
  10. Oil - 2 tsp
Method:
  1. In a mix bowl add prawns , soy sauce and ginger garlic paste and mix it well. Marinate for 15 min.
  2. In kadai add oil, when oil heats up add prawns and chili powder fry it for 5 min.
  3. Then in a small saute pan break egg and saute it well like poriyal.
  4. Then add egg to prawns mixture, and mix it well.
  5. Now add salt and pepper fry it for about 2 min.
  6. Garnish with cilantro and green chili.
  7. Serve hot with roti, rice and etc.
