Ingredients:
  • Idly - 10 (cut length wise)
  • Idly podi (or) any podi - to sprinkle
  • Coriander - few
  • Oil - 5 tbsp
Method:
  • In a small saute pan add oil, when oil heats add the idly and shallow fry it, until golden brown.
  • Dry the oil with paper towel and sprinkle podi on top of it.
  • Garnish with coriander leaf, and Serve hot.
