Idly fryums

Preparation Time -10 min
Ingredients:
- Idly - 10 (cut length wise)
- Idly podi (or) any podi - to sprinkle
- Coriander - few
- Oil - 5 tbsp
- In a small saute pan add oil, when oil heats add the idly and shallow fry it, until golden brown.
- Dry the oil with paper towel and sprinkle podi on top of it.
- Garnish with coriander leaf, and Serve hot.
