Tomato Thoviyal

Ingredients:
  1. Tomatoes - 2 (Medium Size)
  2. Red Chilies - 2 (seeds removed)
  3. Jaggery - 1½ tsp
  4. Ginger - 1 tsp
Frying:
  1. Oil - 1 tsp
  2. Mustard - ½ tsp
  3. Urad Dhal - 1 tsp
  4. Asafoetida (Hing) - a pinch 
Method:
  1. Boil the tomatoes for 5 min and peel them.               
        2. In mixer grinder add peeled Tomatoes, Ginger, Jaggery and Red chilies, grind tomatoes until puree.


       3. In sauce pan add oil, when oil heats up add "Frying" ingredients, then add salt and puree.

       4. Boil the mixture until it thickens.
                                                  
      5.Serve Tomato Thoviyal with Idly, Dosa, Rava Dosa, Chapathi, etc..
