Tomato Thoviyal

Ingredients:
- Tomatoes - 2 (Medium Size)
- Red Chilies - 2 (seeds removed)
- Jaggery - 1½ tsp
- Ginger - 1 tsp
- Oil - 1 tsp
- Mustard - ½ tsp
- Urad Dhal - 1 tsp
- Asafoetida (Hing) - a pinch
- Boil the tomatoes for 5 min and peel them.
3. In sauce pan add oil, when oil heats up add "Frying" ingredients, then add salt and puree.
4. Boil the mixture until it thickens.
5.Serve Tomato Thoviyal with Idly, Dosa, Rava Dosa, Chapathi, etc..
