Masala Chapathi
Serving Size - 6-7 Chapathis
Preparation Time - 10 min
Ingredients:
- Onion - 1/8 cup (chopped)
- Green chili - 1
- Cilantro leaf - 1 tbsp
- Curry leaf - 6-7 leaves
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Ginger - 1/2 inch
- Sweet corn - 1/4 cup
- Green Peas - 1/8 cup
- Wheat Flour - 1 cup
- Salt - to taste
1. In a mixer grinder add onion, green chili, coriander leaf, curry leaf, garlic, ginger and grind them.
2. Then add sweet corn and green peas and grind it well.
3. In a bowl, add wheat flour, salt and grind paste. If needed add little warm water. Make a soft dough.
4. Rotate the dough in medium size ball and using rolling stick make it medium size chapathi.
5. In a non-stick pan put the chapathi and toast it both sides.
6. Masala Chapathi can be served hot with chicken gravy, Peas potato Kurma, Meal-maker gravy, etc.
