Hotel Saravana Bhavan - Idly Podi

Ingredients:
  1. Sesame (Gingelly) oil - 3 tbsp
  2. Chilly powder - 1 tsp
  3. Salt - 2 tsp
  4. Idly Podi (Sakthi Masala, Aachi, or any idly podi) - 2 tbsp
Method:
  1. In sauce pan add oil in low flame.
      2. When oil heats up add salt and chilly powder. 


     3. Then add Idly podi and mix it well.
       4. Serve it with Idly, Dosa , etc...
    
Note: Gingelly oil is good for health compared to any other vegetable oils. If you are in diet or in any health condition, replace Gingelly oil with Olive oil.
